Monte do Paço is part of the cultural landscape of southern Portugal. Its historical references go back to the time of D. Nuno Álvares Pereira, who, on the date of his sister's wedding, made him a dowry of this property. From generation to generation, Monte do Paço was the center of the Castelo Branco family, where the quest for excellence in vine cultivation finds the maximum expression of terroir in Monte do Paço wine.
